Accommodations
All accommodations are first quality properties with many
amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Each room
accommodates four persons and is complete with two double
beds, unless otherwise specified. It is our policy to book
only hotels with inside corridors. Ask for double occupancy
prices. Complimentary space
Complimentary space is provided for chaperones with one (1)
free trip for each ten (10) paid participants.
Transportation
Round trip motorcoach transportation is included
with every package. Each motorcoach is state-of-the-art
equipment with a restroom for emergencies as well as a VCR
and DVD color monitors for watching chaperone-approved
movies. Buses accommodate 40-56 passengers. They are
scheduled from the school, church or location of choice to
the first itinerary stop. Rest and meal stops are determined
according to your route of travel. Call for prices from your
location. Package price
Our basic price is guaranteed through 2008. Package prices
are based upon a full bus (45-56 passengers) and may be
subject to slight increases as required by fuel cost
increases. When groups are less than 39 passengers we will
prorate the transportation cost over the group size. Prices
will vary depending upon the departure point and
destination. Most groups prefer to depart from the school or
church parking lot in their home town.
Payment information
A non-refundable deposit will guarantee the price
and hold the week or date of your choice for your group.
The balance is due 45 days before departure on all tours in
this brochure. A payment schedule may be set up with the
group leader and Coachlight Tours representative.
Cancellations
Any reservations changed or cancelled within 30
days prior to the date of departure will result in a
termination fee (i.e. non- refundable deposit), plus any
non-recoverable expenditures
(show tickets, sporting event, etc.). Refunds will be made
to each client 14 days after the tour returns from their
destination. Any no-shows the day of departure will forfeit
their refunds.
Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance will be provided upon
