Group agreement
RESPONSIBILITY: Coachlight Tours, LLC acts only
as an agent on behalf of the trip participants in arranging
for any services in connection with this trip. It shall not
be responsible for delays, substitutions and/or changes
beyond its control, or
any additional expenses or loss of vacation time resulting
from such changes and/or delays. In this event, Coachlight
reserves the right to substitute accommodations and
services, if possible, and no refund shall be due. If
services and/or accommodations cannot be provided,
Coachlight will refund all monies then available for refund
less administrative costs. Coachlight expressly disclaims
any responsibility for personal and property/injury and/or
damage from any act of any
person or organization providing the services and
accommodations being offered in connection with this trip.
The
trip participant(s) expressly agree to waive any and all
claims against Coachlight Tours, LLC for loss and/or
